Booking Terms & Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to Kunst & Farver.
Below you will find key information regarding booking and hosting your event.

Booking and Deposit

Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit of DKK 5,500 has been received.
The deposit serves as a reservation fee, is deducted from the total amount, and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Event and Number of Guests

Events are hosted for 25–42 guests (up to 55 for standing receptions).
A minimum of 25 guests will always be charged, regardless of actual attendance.

In special cases, events for 20–24 guests may be accepted and will still be charged as a minimum of 25 guests.

Final guest count, menu selection, and any dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 20 days prior to the event and are binding thereafter.
No price reduction is given for fewer attending guests.

Event Schedule

Start and end times are agreed in advance and are binding.
Delays in the programme may result in adjustments to service and event flow.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit will not be refunded.

Beverages

We offer carefully curated beverage solutions tailored to our events.

  • Events up to 3 hours: beverages are charged based on consumption

  • Events longer than 3 hours: a beverage package must be selected

Bringing your own beverages is generally not permitted.
Exceptions may only be made by prior written agreement and will incur an additional fee.

External Deliveries

External items such as cakes, decorations, or entertainment must be approved in advance.

Changes

Changes must be communicated within the specified deadlines and may result in price adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • More than 30 days prior: deposit is non-refundable

  • 14–30 days prior: 50% of the minimum amount will be charged

  • Less than 14 days prior: 100% of the minimum amount will be charged

The minimum amount is calculated based on 25 guests at the applicable price per person.

On the Day

All guests are expected to follow staff instructions and respect the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave in case of inappropriate behaviour.

End Time and Overtime

All events must end no later than 00:00 (midnight).
Due to surrounding considerations, it is not possible to extend beyond this time.
Music and service will end at the agreed time.

Cleaning and Damages

Standard cleaning is included.
Extra cleaning or damage to property will be charged accordingly.
All personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings unless caused by gross negligence.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or relocate the event.

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
